2. Refund Policy for Peripheral Goods

Eligibility for Refund:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached

You need to contact us to request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-refundable Items:

Opened personalized/customized goods

Any digital products (e-books, guides, etc.) without quality issues.

Items damaged by the customer or with missing parts.

We will process the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.

Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable

If a service is cancelled by us or the service provider (e.g., guide illness, bad weather, insufficient participants), we will arrange rescheduling or a full refund.

Non-refundable Situations:

Customer no-show at the scheduled time.

Cancellation requests made within 6 hours of the start time.

Refund Process:

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
4. Service Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must contact our customer service more than 6 hours before the originally scheduled start time.

Rescheduling Process:

Email customerservice@bjyouban.com with your order number and desired new time slot.

Our customer service agent will immediately contact the service provider (guide/activity host) to coordinate a new time.

Once availability is confirmed, the agent will rearrange the booking for you and send an updated confirmation email.

Important Notes:

Rescheduling incurs no service fee, but price differences for the new time slot may need to be paid or refunded.

Successful rescheduling is subject to the service provider's availability. We cannot guarantee all rescheduling requests can be fulfilled.

Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of once within its validity period.
