- Peripheral Goods: Customers can purchase culture and tourism-related goods, which will be delivered via post.
- Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
- Be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have consent from your parent or guardian.
- Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Local Guide Service & Activity Booking: Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled start time are not supported and are non-refundable.
- Peripheral Goods: Cancellation policies are subject to this website's Refund Policy (see below).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as inventory errors, pricing errors, etc.

Refund Process:

We will process the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.

- If a service is cancelled by us or the service provider (e.g., guide illness, bad weather, insufficient participants), we will arrange rescheduling or a full refund.

- Cancellation requests made within 6 hours of the start time.

Refund Process:
- Request cancellation by emailing customerservice@bjyouban.com.
- Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
- If you need to reschedule your booking, you must contact our customer service more than 6 hours before the originally scheduled start time.

Rescheduling Process:
- Email customerservice@bjyouban.com with your order number and desired new time slot.
- Our customer service agent will immediately contact the service provider (guide/activity host) to coordinate a new time.
- Once availability is confirmed, the agent will rearrange the booking for you and send an updated confirmation email.

Important Notes:
- Rescheduling incurs no service fee, but price differences for the new time slot may need to be paid or refunded.
- Successful rescheduling is subject to the service provider's availability. We cannot guarantee all rescheduling requests can be fulfilled.
- Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of once within its validity period.
